Updates to Institutional Details

1. 1. In the left-hand navigation under “Sites”, click the arrow next to “My Institutions” to view the institution(s) associated with your account. If you are affiliated with multiple institutions, you will see all of your institutions displayed here

2. Alternatively, click “My Institutions” to open the dashboard. If you are affiliated with multiple institutions, you will see all of your institutions displayed here.

3. Click the “Expand” icon next to the institution you wish to view.

4.To enable editing, click “Edit” at the upper right of the institution’s detail page.

5.Click “Save” . Note that any changes to the information will place the institution into “Awaiting Verification” state and will require SMART IRB confirmation of the changes.

6. From an institution’s detail page, click “Contact Lists”. 

7.Enter the name and contact information for the Point of Contact (POC), Institutional Official ( IO), and contact for notices that you wish to add. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

7. Click “Save”.
