Request has gone through pre-check and been marked not eligible to proceed

Reviewing IRB Identified
Listed proposed reviewing IRB or home institution has agreed to be the reviewing IRB
●
Reviewing IRB Not Identified
No proposed reviewing IRB, home institution, or involved institution has agreed to be the reviewing IRB
●
Reliance Forms Submitted
At least one involved site has marked their decision to rely/not rely on the reviewing IRB
●
Reliance Reached
At least one involved site has agreed to rely and reviewing IRB has issued a determination letter
●
Action Required
Revisions have been requested
●
Withdrawn
Request has been recalled from the reliance request review process

Reopened
Request had previously been withdrawn and is now ready to proceed

Admin Withdrawn
Legacy request did not reach an end state and did not have previous reliance decision
