Invite Users
1. As a Site Admin (POC), you may send invitations to users who do not have an existing Reliance System account.
This invitation will provide a direct link to register for an account within the Reliance System.
2. From the user dashboard, click “Invite User”.
3.Enter the recipient’s email address (required) and their name (optional). Click “Send Invitation”.
4.Click “Done” on the confirmation pop-up.
5. A success banner appears at the top of the page.
6. An email will be sent inviting the user to create a SMART IRB account.
7. If the email provided belongs to an existing user, an error message will appear.
8. To view unconfirmed users (i.e., those who have not yet responded to the invitation), you may check sent invitations from the past seven days, click “Sent Invitation”.
9.A success banner will appear when the invitation has been successfully resent.
