On April 14, the NIH sent Harvard University a Stop Work Order of the SMART IRB federal funding contract.
Harvard is temporarily supporting the core team to allow institutions to continue to join the SMART IRB Agreement and to assist Participating Institutions to the best of our abilities.

1. By default, General User have the following reliance permissions:

Reliance: The ability to create, edit, and submit reliance requests.

2. Reliance Permissions Continued.

3. By default, Site Admins have the following reliance permissions:

Reliance: The ability to create, edit ,withdraw reliance requests and issue reliance decision.
