Download Determination Letter
1. Click “All Requests” in the left-hand navigation bar to open the reliance dashboard.
Or select a reliance card from your global view landing page.
2. Select the expand option under the action column of the request you desire to download a determination letter.
3. Request Summary page loads. Select “Request Activity” from left hand side of reliance request
4. Under list of involved sites, select “download” across from your site name.
5.Determination letter downloads as a pdf.
